Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Telecommunications or Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of the telecommunications industry, particularly in wireless transmission.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong public speaking and presentation abilities.
- Self-driven, goal- and results-oriented, with effective networking skills.
- Highly professional, with a strong customer-focused mindset.
- Fluency in both Turkish and English (spoken and written)
Responsibilities
- Oversee the organization’s on-site daily operations, procedures, and task execution, ensuring full compliance with company policies on Compliance, Quality, and Health & Safety.
- Implement engineering and field activities to support project delivery as assigned by Project Directors, strictly adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Manage subcontractors in coordination with the Outsourcing Department, addressing all operational aspects related to field deployment activities.
- Serve as the primary liaison with both centralized and regional customer deployment teams to manage and communicate project delivery status and forecasts.
- Take ownership of engineering delivery requirements from the customer’s centralized or delegated teams, providing optimal solutions within the agreed contractual scope.
- Oversee project roll-outs, including planning, scheduling, and execution across all phases—from initial request, design, and installation to commissioning and integration—while engaging external partners for mass deployment needs.
- Coordinate with the internal Project Management team for project handovers, issue resolution, and troubleshooting of operational challenges.
- Identify and develop business opportunities related to Engineering Delivery, ensuring tailored, comprehensive solutions that address customer needs.
- Collaborate with the Sales Department to collect competitive intelligence, support service planning, and enhance service proposals and offerings through continuous improvement in solution documentation.
- Work with the Commercial and Contract Departments to define scopes of work and perform cost and risk analyses for all service-related activities.
- Manage contractual acceptance processes with customer organizations and internal finance teams to ensure revenue recognition and invoicing targets are met.
