Wireless Solution Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and design marketing plans for RAN products.
• Support RAN market by technical communication with the customer, organize workshop presentations, develop solution guidance, and guide and promote POC.
• Provide support for RAN bidding projects, including pre-bidding guidance, bidding document analysis and response, post-bidding technical solution clarification, and project-related test organization, coordination, and promotion.
• Promote the implementation and delivery of key projects from end to end by coordinating the project team to ensure the implementation of new products and key solutions, optimizing project costs, and promoting profit improvement and performance achievement.
• Conduct surveys from time to time to gather information about the market and develop comparative analysis.
• Develop cordial relationships with customers to facilitate direct selling.
• Participate in local or international fairs, exhibitions, or other events related to the industry which might enhance the image of company products.
• Execute contracts and ensure timely service and delivery through delegation of responsibilities.
• Searching for new business opportunities in line with the product.

Qualifications

• University degree in Electronics, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering departments
• Very good command of both written and spoken English
• Strong knowledge of 2G / 3G / 4G Radio Access Network Technologies
• Solid experience in Radio Control Systems Projects
• Multi-vendor experience and swap experience are a plus
• Strong communication skills both at an individual and team level
• Ability to prepare comprehensive reports and present ideas clearly and concisely in written and oral form
• Flexibility for national/international occasional travel
